Since 1985, my wife and I have bought residential property. Our initial purchases were somewhat modest with a flat/apartment in Worcester and two bedroom semi-detached house in Upton-on-Severn. In 2002, after several house moves within the Worcestershire area, much soul-searching and lots of trepidation, we decided to invest in residential investment property. However, Mandy and I are not property professionals. We had many sleepless nights of worry.

Our first BTL property was a two bed terraced house upon a well-known Worcester estate. We were both in full time employment and with a growing family we decided that an efficient managed service was crucial since our time is precious. We are both Worcester people and as well as working our way through the “Yellow Pages” directory, we also asked family, friends, colleagues and even solicitors for their recommendations. T&C Property Services (Worcester) was extremely well recommended by all.

Since 2002 we have continued to purchase additional property. We even ask T&C for advice upon suitable property and rental value as we undertake “due diligence” prior to potential purchase. We now possess eight residential properties in Worcester (Managed by T&C), a fully furnished holiday cottage in Cornwall together with property in Jersey, Guernsey and a string of commercial property along the M4 and M5 motorway corridors. We plan to continue growing and to involve T&C Property Services in our future. Our initial concerns in 2002 were clearly ill-founded!

The advice of T&C staff is invaluable. We have always found this to be accurate, practical and timely. We recommend T&C at the highest possible level. In particular Roberta Hanson and Alison Pickles have been helpful throughout. We look forward to many happy and prosperous years with contented tenants in the future.
